What To Expect

Bo-kaap
Soon after hotel pick up, your personal guide driver, will drive through historical Cape Town City centre just to give you a brief history of historical monuments, roads, buildings, parks etc... with a stop at Bo-Kaap, with its cobble streets and colourful houses. Your tour guide, will share with you about the slavery time of Cape Town before heading towards Maiden Cove. Photos opportunities will be given here.

A stop here at Signal hill is optional but highly recommendable for first time travellers to Cape Town.Here, you will see the panoramic views of the City, Waterfront, Atlantic sea board, Table mountain, Lion's head and West coast just to name a few. Camps Bay
Our next stop will be at Maiden cove parking lot near Camps along the Atlantic seaboard. Cape Town Atlantic seaboard suburbs are also known as the French Riviera of South Africa. Here at Maiden cove, we call this as the KODAK moment. get ready with those Cameras to captures some of the best instagram photos you could imagine in the World. With abundant marine life, on a clear day, you will spot Cape furer seals, dolphins, birds, whales etc... just from the shore of Maiden Cove. Ample time will be given for this stop. Capture some aamazing photos of the twelve apostles, the cable car, beautiful Camps Bay and Clifton as well as the Lion's head.

Hout Bay
Hout Bay means Wood Bay, as most of the timbers used to build Cape Town came from this area. It is very often reffered to as a Republic of Hout Bay by the Locals because its being alone geographically. Top attractions here are the World of birds, Africa's biggest birds sanctuary and its famous short boat trips to the Seal Island, where more than 50.000 Cape fur seals have made a permanent home. The boat round trip takes approximately 45 minutes. Please be aware that fur seals are wild animals, and the smell at the Island can be very strong. Please do not take the boat trip when the Ocean waters are rife. There is a market for souvenir and gifts where you can bargain if you want to take the piece of Africa art home.

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony
This is one of the most anticipated stop and attraction on the Cape point tour. Your qualified tour guide will escort you to the main colony of some endangered 2500 pairs of African Penguins. Please take note that this is not a Zoo but a protected National Park as Penguins found here roam freely and no one feeds them. Penguins bite, do not tease them, stay on demarcated wooden pass ways at all times. Take ample photos. Learn more from your guide etc..

Most of your time will be spent here at the Cape of good hope, with stop at the wooden sign, hiking trails are safe in case you would like to hike. put on comfortable shoes and ask your guide to escort you so that you do not take the wrong hiking trail. Take a funicular to the old lighthouse and see the Cape point from there, explore the park with stops at Dias and Vasco Da Gama beacons, see wild animals of the park such as Baboons, bonteboks, zebras, Ostriches, Cape Eiland etc..The Cpe of good hope is the most south western point of Africa, and its discovery by the Portugeuse Sailor and Navigator Bartolemeu Dias gave rise of hope to the entire world of the discovery of the spice route between the sea routes of the world. You could also have lunch here at own account. Cape of god hope isthe official meeting point of the two currents namely the benguela and agulhas currents whilst the Cape Agulhas remains the most southerly point of Africa and meeting place of the two oceans namely Indian and Atlantic Oceans.
