What To Expect

Robben Island Museum
Pick up at accommodation in Cape Town. You will receive a shared transfer from your hotel in Cape Town to the Silo District where you will be escorted to the Nelson Mandela Gateway. Here you will charter a shared to Robben Island museum where you will be met by a former political prisoner who will conduct the tour of the Island. (Please note that our tour guide/driver will not be joining you on the tour of the Robben Island museum.) The entire tour lasts +-4 hours which includes hotel pick up. For part of the tour, you will be transported around the island by bus, before you visit the prison cell of Nelson Mandela and take the long walk to freedom. Upon our arrival back at the Jetty, your Tour Guide/Driver will meet you at the entrance of the Nelson Mandela Gateway for your next stop.

Table Mountain
After the Robben Island Tour, you will meet your driver waiting for you at the Waterfront gateway, he will recommend the best restaurant for lunch. After lunch the tour continues to the .most beautiful Table Mountain, here you will take around the cableway cart to see the breathtakingly beautiful views of Cape Town City. You will have the opportunity to take as many pictures as you like.

Bo-kaap
Known as the Malay Quarter is the colorful Bo-Kaap. A multicultural neighborhood dominantly populated by Muslims. Bo-Kaap contains the largest concentration of pre-1850 architecture in South Africa and it's the oldest surviving residential neighborhood in Cape Town.
Here you will experience the beautiful rainbow houses, learn more about the History and Culture of Bo-Kaap, taste delicious Cape Malay cuisine at one of the finest restaurants, get to mingle with the locals, and take lots of artistic, colorful breathtaking pictures.

Company's Gardens
The oldest Garden, Park, and Heritage site in South Africa. It was originally created in 1650 reason being to grow and produce fresh food to fill up the ships rounding the cape. It was also the starting point for the 30,000-strong demonstration led by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 1989 and where Tutu coined the phrase ‘rainbow people’ to describe the diversity of South Africa’s population.

The Garden is home to overwhelming famous squirrels, you can purchase a bag of nuts to feed them, one thing kids love is feeding squirrels. The food is to die for as, they serve traditional Capetonian food along with standard lunch, the food is simple but delicious. The Garden is also home to the South African National Gallery, it holds temporary exhibitions by some of the country’s top artists & occasional international artists too.
This is a great way to spend a few hours and feed the squirrels, taste the Capetonian food and get to go to an art exhibition at the South African National Gallery.

St. George's Cathedral
A 44-year-old both metropolitical church of the Anglican Church of South Africa and a congregation. This church was used as a religious and political seat by the first black archbishop of Cape Town, Desmond Tutu.

The late Archbishop Desmond Tutu was internationally known for leading an activist anti-apartheid movement from here, he invited people of all races and backgrounds into this church and for this reason, the cathedral was recognized by many as a symbol of Democracy. The stained glass windows are very appealing and right across is a portion of the Berlin Wall.

Groote Kerk
A Dutch-Reformed church in Cape Town and the oldest place of Christian Worship in South Africa was built in 1841 by Herman Schuette.
This church is the centerpiece of picture square, standing just short of 150ft, the steeple rises from the double transept building while soaring stained glass windows and a high barrel-vaulted ceiling grace the interior.
