What To Expect

Cape Point Nature Reserve
This popular tour takes you to the most South Western tip of Africa where the cold Benguela current of the Atlantic Ocean meets the warmer Agulus current of the Indian Ocean .
The tour takes in the scenic coastline via the Twelve Apostles mountain range on our way to the fishing village of Hout Bay where in previous centuries Elephants and Leopards were hunted in the magnificent natural forests that lent its name to this beautiful Bay.
Chapman’s Peak is considered one of the great coastal roads in the world, truly breathtaking in its grandeur, flanked on the one side by Long Beach where horses are often seen galloping along the 8km stretch of beach.
Cape Point Nature reserve. Here we spend some leisure time to include a walk to the light house perched 248 meters above sea level before heading for the Cape of Good Hope to have our photo taken in front of the world famous sign indicating our position on the continent of Africa .

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony
Our return journey is via the African Penguin colony at Boulders beach and through the Naval town of Simonstown to FishHoek and on to the quaint fishing village of Kalk Bay where we stop for lunch (own account) at HARBOUR HOUSE RESTAURANT perched on the edge of the ocean with amazing vistas.

Chapman's Peak Drive
One of the worlds most beautiful, spectacular coastal drives. Built in 1920's the route starts at the picturesque fishing harbour of Hout Bay and the climb winds steeply up to Chapman's Point, revealing breathtaking views of the sandy bays down below, the 9km route has 114 twists and turns and reveals the beautiful Long Beach (8km ) at it's lower end where you will often see horses galloping along the shoreline.The Toll road ends in the picturesque town of Noordhoek

Groot Constantia
After lunch we travel along the scenic Boyes Drive with amazing views over False Bay before we leave the coastline at the surfing village of Muizenberg heading inland towards Constantia Wine country where we visit Groot Constantia Vineyard,the oldest vineyard in South Africa established in 1685 to enjoy a tasting in their cellar and take a walk through the historical Cape Dutch homestead and gardens

The Oldest vineyard in South Africa established in 1685 by the Governor of the Cape, Simon Van Der Stel. A Beautiful Manor House takes you back in time to experience life in the Cape in its early years .

Here we will do a wine tasting experience which includes South Africa's famous Grape Varietal Pinotage propagated by the cross pollination of Pinot Noir and Hermitage grape varietals in 1925.
