What To Expect

Robben Island Museum

Pickup from your hotel in Cape Town City Centre/ Sea Point/ Camps Bay hotels with a driver who will drop guests off at Mandela Gateway at the Clocktower assist to boat trip to Robben Island (Driver do not board the boat)

All guests stand in a queue to board the boat

30 minute boat ride to the island

Disembark and walk towards the buses

on each bus, there will be a Robben Island guide

Bus Ride for 30 minutes around the island

Followed by a walking tour of the prison by an ex prisoner

Good idea is to be with the guide in the front and not to lag far behind as it will be difficult to hear his stories

See Nelson Mandela's Cell and other parts of the prison

30 minute boat trip back to Mainland

Driver will hook you up to the Guide of the Afternoon City tour

Visit Table Mountain
