There are a number of fantastic hiking routes to the summit of Table Mountain that require moderate fitness and offer an extraordinary nature experience right in the heart of the city. Pose for photos, ogle views over the Cape of Good Hope and the mountain range known as the Twelve Apostles, and appreciate the beautiful, rich fynbos and other diverse plant species around you, before descending to Cape Town. If you find you are too tired to walk down after the hike, you have the option of taking the cable car (for own account).You will then be happily returned to your hotel or guest house.
