What To Expect

Bo-kaap
We meet in the heart of Bo-Kaap, at a family founded Cape Malay restaurant. This is where we begin our journey down some of Bo-Kaap's oldest roads to explore this 300+ year-old neighborhood in a fun but informative way. We stop off a local food vendor to sample some yummy traditional snacks and bakes before visiting a few other community sites including the oldest Mosque in the area as well as a family home.
Other things to note
Parking is very limited in Bo-Kaap so its best to take an Uber or shuttle to the meeting point - Biesmiellah Restuarant at no 2 Wale St
